Well that's a luck factor and I am planning a trip in August!!Let's gamble!!!!

Please mention the number of members travelling with you and number of days you would be traveling. Also please plan an itinerary.Tell if you need an exclusive car. What kind of accommodation are you looking for.All these will determine your expenses.

Hotel Simvo in upper Pelling will be a good bet. I personally stayed there last May. Very good view rooms. Good restaurant. Service is also good.
Their travel wing Simvo Tours and Travels is the largest in Pelling.

Can you people tell me the exact distance or how long it would take from Ravangla to Hilley? Is there any shared vehicle available for that or need to book a cab?

Ravangla to Hiley would be quite a hectic journey for a day......
You may get a shared jeep to Jorthang from Ravangla and then take a different vehicle from there to Hiley but jeep service is scanty. It can be a wiser decision to stay a night at Kaluk and next day visit Hiley(Varsey).

No dear I couldn't fix the trip as it would be a hectic month ahead at the office as it had been since I came back from Sikkim.Ppl are there to bomb blast me as it had been 3 months and i couldn't finish my TL on west sikkim......

Bhutan would also be a fantastic choice though I visited the place during winters but I can feel the charm during the monsoon.....!!

Well you can also visit these places for a different experience,
1)Kerala(Aleppey,Cochin,Munnar ,Kumarkom,Kovalam,Vythiri)
2)Ooty and Conoor.
3)Kodaikanal
4)Goa
5)Maharashtra(Malshejghat,Bhan dardara,Chikhaldhara)
