7 day in pelling

Going through the many posts about the senic beauty of Pelling, I just thinking to move for Pelling on 19th Sep'09 and stay there for 7 days..

What will be the climate of pelling at that time?
& what will be the rent of hotels in upper pelling?

One more question, Is 7 day is very much to stay in pelling?

Upper Pelling is quite busy these days, not always lot of room there, but its well worth the effort, and you should find a room from 400Rs or so. Lots to see in the area if you hire a shared taxi for the day, also some nice treks in the area. 7 days may be a little too long, though. Why not move somewhere else?

You can trek to yuksom, Tashiding and Keocheperi Lake - guesthouses in each location - will take 3-4 days.
