Visa application

Hi
On the India Visa application form they ask for 2 referees from India.I don't know anyone!!! How do you get round this?

If you're travelling with a tour operator then put their details, otherwise the name of a hotel you're staying at should suffice.

If it's only a tourist visa you want you can leave it blank.Just apliad for my daughter ,put in contact address of someone in uk,and left the indian contact(referees) blank.Visa came back a couple of days ago,no problem.Hope this helps.

I had one a couple years ago and left the India ones blank as well. Came back a 6 month tourist visa.
