2nd AC sleeper - According to the young victim, the passengers were all upper middle class normal, decent [?] folk.

Previously this biscuit banditry has been confined to unreserved classes. I had also read that they are starting to target the higher classes --- but they have to invest a lot more money in the tickets, and cannot so easily pick and choose their victims.

My friend, who had her handbag stolen in original post, was travelling in a/c Chair Class and all the passengers were looking very middle- class or above..

This thread brings back some unfortunate memories of when I was robbed, see this thread

It's been three years now but I still think of the elderly couple I spoke with before/while I was being robbed and can't shake a lingering feeling of them being in on the act to distract my attention. Ah, good old paranoia, won't leave you alone...

Crime sucks no matter where or how much it happens.

It sucks even more when they poison you with no thought of whehter you live or die.

And from what I've read, reports tending to say "...currently in hospital in a coma...", they are generous with the dosage. It's not just loosing your stuff.

But yes, crime sucks whatever, and your criminals suck too.
