Registering Official complaints-agra

Hello

Does anyone know the process , phone or web contacts to lodge a complaint against a store in Agra

I have location , licence numbers etc but have not had much joy searching the web for someone to contact. Was told the India Tourist Development Corp but their website is "more things to do " . Any advice would be appreciated

PS Still In India but not in Agra so cant just lob into the Agra police station

Not much help offered here....

But, I do remember the Agra Police having a really good website, do a google search and you may find it.

The police are most likely your only hope. But you are probably aware that what you think is a problem they may think is business as usual. They are more likely to be helpful if you are standing in front of them.
