Amyl - couldn't agree more about the freedom to choose what help one needs. Recently have heard about the failure of a resort which was being built to fund a school and dispensary near a small village - the foreign donor thought this would be a good idea. The villagers didn't want the resort and after a lot of money invested into it, all has collapsed including the school etc. I think there was not enough consultation between village people and the philanthropist.
Looks like you are moving on Proxyindian!
