these women are in mcleod ganj too. My first encounter i tried to pull out a 5rup coin. upon hearing the, No money, Just milk line, that little voice in the back of my mind started going, SCAM!!! she then followed me for sevarl minutes until i told her NO rather harshly. She didnt bother me for two days. I was then wearing a hat and she came back up to me, I took of my hat and she immediatly walked away, I guess she didnt recognize me with the hat. I've found there are about 4 or 5 of them who hang out together. I will watch them take turns harrassing tourists form the window of the school im teaching at. The whiter the skin the more they pester...just my observation.
