What is your Favorite restaurants in Jaisalmer, Udaipur & Jaipur

We are heading to Rajasthan next month and I would love to get some recommendations for places where you have a good meal (and didn't get sick

)

I have already heard of Kanishka in Jaisalmer which has been praised -- but we will be there for a few days --- so any more recommendations (incl. address/location if possible) in the three places listed in the title would be highly appreciated!

theres an italian place inside the fort that does decent pasta and good coffee. has a great view from the rooftop restaurant. it's in lonely planet

In Jaipur don't miss Indian Coffee House, very good south Indian food, great Masala Dosas and really nice coffees!!!

Can't tell you the adress but i think is in LP and most of the Rickshawhallah will know it.

Although it's a little bit shaddy, it's a very popular place among locals. Maybe my favourite place in Jaipur.
