July is a reasonably busy tourist month in Rajasthan - only May and June are slack months. (The Ranthambore Park is closed though, in the summer and monsoon months!)
Three weeks are enough to see the major sights. One itinerary could be Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - Pushkar - Deogarh - Udaipur - Rohetgarh - Jodhpur - Jaisalmer - Bikaner - Mandawa - Delhi. Let me know if you have special interests and I'll be happy to make more suggestions.

thanks already for your reaction, we want to do a mixture of busy city life, small and more quite places, of course some major sites and some nature.
