Hi and welcome to IndiaMike. You only have to post your message one time .. the mods will probably delete the duplicates.

For a week tour for 15 people, why not try to get a personalized tour? I've dealt with Namaste India Tours and found them quite good. www.namasteindia.com should give you most of the information you'll need.

I agree with WWUSA - a week is a huge rush tour for all these places, but I know people do do this. You will have long travelling - you need a comfortable vehicle like a small bus for 15 persons. Another idea is to take the overnight direct Delhi to Jaisalmer train, stay your night there take a sightseeing tour on the next day, by vehicle for city and outside city sights (I suggest you walk around the Fort as the first thing you do shortly after you arrive) then overnight train to Jodhpur from where you can hire your vehicle for the rest of your trip. There will be more choice of larger vehicles there.
As for accommodation, check out hotel listings here for the places you are visiting.
Which time of year are you travelling? If it is during the Divali weeks or Christmas, New Year, then I suggest you should start your bookings for accommodation now. Some of these places are heavily booked at these times.
