Udaipur or Amritsar - to visit

Hi, this is my first visit to India and I have just a small time for personal travel (lot of business), just 3 days...so I am thinking between this two cities.
They both look great and that both are great choice but it is difficult to decide
thanks on help...
and yes I will be in late July in India...

Where will you be flying into? Which city will be your base?

if you have only three days then you can visit either Amritsar or Udaipur from Delhi.Amritsar you can see see world famous golden temple but in Udaipur you can see forts, places and lakes etc.

That is peak monsoon season - Udaipur would be a better choice (The lakes should have good water levels)and the hillocks would be green.

My vote also for Udaipur..... Make a day trip to Kumbhalgarh also.
