I think they are steep. Way too steep. Maybe these are 5 star rates?

Is this itinerary fixed? You're doubling back on yourself when you could go from Udaipur to Jaipur, to Ranthambhore, to Agra, to Delhi.
If there are in rupees then those costs seem very high as we paid Rs2300 to do the three hours from Jaipur to Ranthambhore. I always thought that was a bit steep but I'd prearranged it from the UK and it was for four of us, so I wasn't that bothered. You're arriving at Ranthambhore on the day it opens I think. Maybe staying in Jaipur for a couple of days and going to Ranthambhore on the 3rd/4th might be better. You'd be better arranging for one of the car+driver companies to pick you up in Jaipur and still with you until Delhi. It'll be much cheaper, easily half the price you've been quoted. There's plenty of recommendations on IndiaMike for these sort of companies.

I took a eight day tour in Rajasthan and all my booking was done through RTDC (Rajasthan Tourism Development office) here in Chennai.
They did excellent arrangement. I had a tempo traveller on my disposal. I flew into Jodhpur from Delhi and from there the whole of rajasthan was covered by road. We went to Jaisalmer (1 night Stay) Back to Jodhpur (1 night Stay) 2nd day tour of Jodhpur (1 night Stay) To Ajmer and Pushkar Stayed at Pushkar (1 night Stay) Went to Jaipur (1 night Stay) 2nd day tour in Jaipur From there to Delhi by flight. I paid 19K for the whole trip. The distance covered was somewhere around 1100 Kms or something. Not sure about it My personal perception is the price quoted is way way high ![]() |
