Traveling in rajastan

Im going to Rajastan and on the 26th of Sept till the 8th of Oct.
My itenerary now looks like this;

Delhi : 26th-28th Sept
Udaipur-:28th Sept - 1 October
Ranthambhore:1 October - 3rd October
Jaipur: 3rd October - 5th October
Agra: 5th October - 7th October
Delhi: 7th October - 8th October

Traveling between these cities is where i have an issue
* From Delhi to Udaipur im taking a plane
* From Udaipur to Ranthambhore im taking a flight to jaipur then a car to Ranthambhore
* From Ranthambhore to Jaipur im taking a car (the hotel made the arragement but are making me pay 15442)
* From Jaipur to agra the hotel also arranged a car for the price of 19663
* From Agra to Delhi the hotel arranged a car for the price of 17428

My question is whether or not these prices are steep? and if they are steep does anyone have suggestions for who i should contact?

Thanks

I think they are steep. Way too steep. Maybe these are 5 star rates?

Is this itinerary fixed? You're doubling back on yourself when you could go from Udaipur to Jaipur, to Ranthambhore, to Agra, to Delhi.

If there are in rupees then those costs seem very high as we paid Rs2300 to do the three hours from Jaipur to Ranthambhore. I always thought that was a bit steep but I'd prearranged it from the UK and it was for four of us, so I wasn't that bothered.

You're arriving at Ranthambhore on the day it opens I think. Maybe staying in Jaipur for a couple of days and going to Ranthambhore on the 3rd/4th might be better.

You'd be better arranging for one of the car+driver companies to pick you up in Jaipur and still with you until Delhi. It'll be much cheaper, easily half the price you've been quoted. There's plenty of recommendations on IndiaMike for these sort of companies.

I took a eight day tour in Rajasthan and all my booking was done through RTDC (Rajasthan Tourism Development office) here in Chennai.

They did excellent arrangement. I had a tempo traveller on my disposal. I flew into Jodhpur from Delhi and from there the whole of rajasthan was covered by road.

We went to Jaisalmer (1 night Stay)
Back to Jodhpur (1 night Stay)
2nd day tour of Jodhpur (1 night Stay)
To Ajmer and Pushkar
Stayed at Pushkar (1 night Stay)
Went to Jaipur (1 night Stay)
2nd day tour in Jaipur

From there to Delhi by flight.

I paid 19K for the whole trip. The distance covered was somewhere around 1100 Kms or something. Not sure about it

My personal perception is the price quoted is way way high

Travelling in a Merc? Who has arranged your travel? As Ocean Tragic says you need to straighten Jaipur/Udaipur/Ranthambhore/Agra section if your itinerary has not been fixed.
