Southern Rajastan Itenerary help needed

This is my itenerary. Please give your inputs

21-Dec Evening Fly from Bangalore to Ahmedabad
21-Dec Planning to book Ajmer Passenger (Are there no night bus ?)
22-Dec Train reaches Abu Road at around 6 am. Nakki Lake & Dilwara Temples & Sunset poit ?
23-Dec Guru Shikar and surrounding place
24-Dec Late morning or Mid day Bus to Udaipur (How is the frequency of bus and how long ?)
25-Dec RTDC tour ?
26-Dec Local sightseeing in Udaipur (City Palace, Lake Palace - Lunch ??)
Keeping Udaipur as base
27-Dec Bus to Chittor and take an auto for local sightseeing (Does it take full day ?)
28-Dec Bus to Kumbhalgargh and take an auto for local sightseeing (Does it take full day ?)
29-Dec Bus to Ranakpur and take an auto for local sightseeing (Does it take full day ?)
30-Dec Visit Jaisamand in morning and early afternoon Fly to Bangalore

Don't know what you want to sightsee, but if it's just the fort, I'd say the best & most fun way is to hire a bicycle in town, not a rickshaw. You need to push it up but it's great for exploring the extensive fort grounds (and for the ride down, make sure the brake pads don't fly off like mine did, kind of awkward wearing just slippers for breaking).

Arriving early and taking a couple of hours for seeing the fort should leave you with enough time to stroll around town too, that no one seems to rave about it but I wouldn't have minded seeing some more of it since you're there anyway. As it was I guess I was there for a lengthy'ish afternoon or so. Don't know about connecting buses back but let's assume you'll have asked about it before setting off Have fun!
