Rajasthan Itinerary Advice

Hi All,
I am planning from a one week trip to Udaipur area from Bangalore along with my family. We will be reaching Udaipur on 01/Oct. We plan to cover Udaipur-Jodhpur. We have option of visiting either Mont Abu or Jaisalmer. Which will be better in terms of experience and site seeing? I have to return to Udaipur to catch return flight on 08/Oct.

Hi Aarosh,
I had booked both to and return flight tickets from Udaipur to get some discount.Now it will be too late to change as I will loose about INR3000 (INR 750 per change).

In terms of sight-seeing and travel experience, Jaisalmer is surely the better choice. Some popular places include Jaisalmer Fort, Havelis of Jaisalmer, Jain Temples Jaisalmer, Gadi Sagar Lake, Lodurva Temples, Sam Sand Dunes, Khuri Sand Dunes, Desert Culture Centre and Museum, wtc.
