Bikanneer Palace in Mt Abu. Check rooms out beforehand. Charming if dilapidated and so close to the temples..

We ended up staying at 2 - Ghanerao Royal Palace which was really lovely, a bit run down, but charming and a beautiful village. And Castle Bijaipur near Chittorgarth, which was also lovely - we had 2 nights there and just lounged by the pool and did nothing!
