North-West or South Rajasthan?

Dear Rajasthan experts,

Alwar-Shekawati-Bikaner; Bundi-Chittogarth-Udaipur-Ranakpur?

Does it make sense to attempt all of the above places in 20 days, or is it better to concentrate on just one area? If so, which one should I choose: North-West or South Rajasthan? I'm interested in architecture and pictorical art and I have already been to Jaipur, Pushkar, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer, therefore I'd like to visit some different towns on this trip.

In case it's feasible to visit both areas, is a private driver imperative to travel around Shekawati, or are there any tours going from Nawalgarth? Is there a direct route from Bikaner to Bundi?

I know I'm asking many questions, but a few answers from the well-travelled would be truly helpful. Thanks.

How is it more interesting the South, could you give some details, please? Thanks for the private car suggestion, but I preer to use trains and buses in as far as possible, as one tends to meet lots of nice people on them.

Send a message via Yahoo to sanjeev
i think you can comfortably cover all the places you mention by car or bus/trains.
as these three places in one region: Chittogarth-Udaipur-Ranakpur.

i hope there will be a train between bikaner and kota for your bunid destinations

enjoy
