Jaisalmer to Jaipur?

Hello, all. Need recommendations for travel from Jaisalmer to Jaipur/Bharatpur/Agra/Delhi in November. We've already planned to hire a car for Jaipur => Bharatpur => Agra => Delhi, but are having trouble figuring out the best method to get from Jaisalmer to Jaipur. We had originally planned on Alliance Air Flight #CD7473, but apparently the aiport in Jaisalmer is not open to commercial flights.

We'd like to get to Bharatpur by late afternoon on the same day we leave Jaisalmer, so we can overnight there and get to Agra the following morning.

Any recommendations for bus/train/taxi/air would be welcome. Thanks!

Train 4060 departs Jaisalmer daily at 16:00, it gets to Jodhpur at 21:50 and stays there for 40 minutes before departing, the train gets to Jaipur at 04:50.

2 tier air-con = Rs 1073
3 tier air-con = Rs 690
Sleeper Class = Rs 256 (not air-con)

Distance 615 kms.

Jaipur to Jaisalmer

Train 4059 gets to Jaipur at 23:45 and departs at 23:57, it then gets to Jodhpur at 06:05 and departs at 06:45, it gets to Jaisalmer at 13:00.
