| You are going to be very hard-pressed to do Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri in a single day if you are also travelling from Delhi that morning. When we were in Agra last December we arrived at the Taj at 6am, and were leaving at about the time you will arrive. We then visited the Fort and Fatehpur Sikri and were back in Agra just as it was starting to get dark. And... Ajmer and Pushkar as a day trip from Jaipur? It's a 4-hour drive each way. Why not spend the day seeing some of Jaipur's other sights? Amber Fort, the Observatory, the Royal Palace. |

| Hi Mickey, Thanks for the reply. I thought Pushkar is 45min drive from Jaipur. Totally miscalculated .... |

Jaipur to Ajmer is 130km (about 3 hours), and then it's 13km over mountainous roads to Pushkar (about 30 minutes). Don't make the mistake of calculating travel times in India using American or European speeds. The roads and traffic are not comparable. | |

| No direct trains Agra to Jaisalmer. Just one train per day from Delhi, via Jaipur and Jodhpur, which takes about 19 hours (and 13 from Jaipur, I think). |
