Hello

I am traveling with my girlfriend this Decemeber-

Dec 19th- 645 am fly into Delhi
20- Delhi ?
21-Delhi-Taj/Agra then Jaipur? (train?) stay in Jaipur
22- Jaipur? (overnight train to Jodhpur?)
23- Jodhpur
24-Jodhpur
25-leave Jodhpur to Ranakpur to Udaipur
26- Udaipur
27-Udaipur to Chittorgarh Fort to Bundi? (possible)
28-Bundi
29- Bundi to Kota (overnight train) to Goa
30- Arrive Goa???

Is this possible? What is the best way to get from each place? I have to be in Goa sometime on the 30th...is possible I would like to only take train/drive (avoid bus and/or plane). Also we like cities but prefer to stick to a smaller place like Bundi and we are very open to any other suggestions....

You've done the right thing ending in Bundi, you'll be able to get the fast Rajdhani from Kota on the 29th (book as soon as booking's open) and you'll need to book from Nizamudin (Delhi) to Madgaon, and change your boarding station to Kota (whilst booking and before paying), let me know if you're not sure how to do this.

As for the rest, the whole thing would look so much more relaxed if you skipped Jaipur and took a direct overnight train from Agra Fort to Jodhpur, you'd have so much more time to enjoy Rajasthan.

Could you please let me know how to book the train from kota to goa. I tried to look up other threads but got confused. Also what class is best- what is the main difference between the classes- or could you send me a link where someone describes this.

Also you suggested skipping Jaipur and going straight to Jodhpur- could you please tell me why...

Also if anyone has recommendations on places to stay- in the above cities...

We are looking to spend no more than $50 for a night every now and then for a really amazing place- but typically would like clean simple rooms for about $20-30 total (for 2 people).
