Car and Driver Hire Companies

I apologize if this info is elsewhere, I am sure it is in bits and pieces, but I thought I would ask anyway. I am looking to book a car and driver for a tour of Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Jaipur, Agra, and Dehli. I have gotten quotes from a few companies, the cost is basically the same. Can anyone recommend one of these?

Four Wheel Drive India
GajRaj Travels
Real India Tours (Rajuindia?)
India Off Beat

I am leaning towards 4WD, mostly because they have 9 beaming reviews on tripadivsor, most of which seem legit. There are beaming reviews for Rajuindia all over the place, but I think Raju is writing most of those.

You should try two more www.namasteindiatours.com and Travel bureau (travelbureau @ vsnl.com).

Both are excellent service providers....

Namaste wouldn't accomodate because we are flying into Udaipur and not Delhi, I'll look into Travel Bureau, thanks.

I just came back from India 2 weeks ago. Used 4wheel drive for a 10 day car hire. Excellent company. Very professional. Our driver was also great.

Sure. It a 10 day itinerary starting from Delhi and going to Agra-Jaipur-Ajmer/Pushkar-Jodhpur-Narlai (Ranakpur/Kumbhalgarh)-Udaipur. AC indigo (ended up being a ford sedan...bigger than the indica hatchback). 23000Rps, inclusive of everything (fuel, tolls, etc). Gajraj came in at 20000Rps and Namaste came in at 29000Rps. Decided to go with 4wheel because of the reviews.
