Hey Vindex, things have changed a lot now..Agra Jaipur road has become a major Highway and Balaji Intersection has a fledging market as per rural standards...No more Camel carts, but shared jeeps..
I was there on 26/27th January this year, and things seem to have changed a lot. Human Rights Organizations have made there point and now you wont find chained people etc.. Even people who were swaying looked unreal to me this time..its looked like they were planted there by the priests...just to ensure that pilgrims remain in the awe of the place.. |

sweet
this place sounds sweet...so am i right that foriegners cannot enter? if they can is it possible to go early in the morning from agra and then cathc the bus later in the day and head to jaipur?
