Hi,

Want to know where could one hire a Enfield bullet in Chandigarh, contact numbers, address and approx cost would be helpful. will need to hire for a week - 10 days.

I don't know anyone renting Enfields in Chandigarh.
Your best/safe bet will be Delhi and as I know you are planning to do Manali-Leh, Manali has few people renting Enfields.
In Delhi Lalli Singh, Karol bagh is well known for renting.
In Manali, Anu Automoiles on Rohtang road, has added 17 new Enfield 500cc for renting this year.

Do we need to do some advanced booking? or just dropin there and rent? And any idea of the costs etc etc.

I have had a reply from a friend in Chandigarh who says that there is one guy that does rent his out but it is only on the basis of being closely known. Otherwise Delhi is the best bet, plenty to choose from that end. Somewhere like Ludhiana may be worth trying I remember seeing a few bikes there a while back.
