Hi Everyone
In due to spend a month in Jallandhar later this summer and would like to keep up my fitness routine, can anyone recommend a decent gym I could use in Jallandhar? Idealy it should have a number of treadmills and plenty of resistance stations aswell as freeweights and most importantly are they willing to do a single months membership and what that month might cost. Thanks |

GOLDs gym jallandhar
Best is gold's gym. thinking with pounds as currency in your mind, you will find it cheaper but its one of the expensive ones locally. It's a gym chain quite popular in india.
You will get free weight and single month shouldnt be a problem. If they deny on phone, go in person and talk to the manager. It shouldnt be a prob. I have heard it only from a friend, never visited though. Last edited by indi_r0ver : Apr 30th, 2009 at 18:02. Reason: added more info |

Just got back from my stay in Jalandhar, I used Gold’s Gym in Model Town area of Jalandhar (Rampaa Centre Point”, Above KFC Restaurant
Model Town, Jalandhar - 144 003Tel : 0091-181- 5028888 , 0091-181- 5029999). I got a months membership for Rs3750. The gym itself was fine courteous staff and decent facilities. Lots of CV machines and plenty of weight machines as well as lots of free weights. The trainers are also very helpful and are ready to offer there advice. The only issue I did have were the power cuts! The frequency of the cuts made it impossible to run any sort of distance on the treadmill (the most I managed uninterrupted was 5km). |
