chandigarh to manali

hi,

new to this wonderful place

!!!first post

planning to go to manali this weekend.so need info if there is any deluxe or like that bus exists upto manali.

and from where i can get the tickets.

and is the night journey safe for travel with family??

any other info will be a bonus for me.

try this website, http://himachal.nic.in/hrtc/.You have plenty of options and its quite safe to travel in night but book well in advance if you want volvo or the deluxe bus.

no second thought a lot of buses leave from Opposite bus stand at around 8 in the evening. Its not unsafe to travel by these buses with family. they drop you by 6 AM.

karnail is right but if you have time- better travel with volvo.
Harrison is one such company and you can book it from sector 22=opposite BUS STAND.

just got to know that buses leave isbt after 8 pm also...
