I dont agree, i think the location of the station is just fine. It hardly takes anytime to get into the city..and thanks to the little distance it means that the station is now a crowded affair like say New Delhi...

They could have devised a central bus and railway hub just as in Bangalore. The overbridges could have been built all along. There are no level crossings if properly planned.
Incidently, Greater NOIDA in the National Capital Region is one more major city where they forgot to place a railway station. Only now, it is proposed that a track be built, as an afterthought. |
