Single Room for working professional

Hello All,

I will be moving to pune this july. I am in IT guy , will be joining one of the MNC situated at Hinjewadi.

For my accomadation purpose I need a single 1 BHK for rent near Hinjewadi Pune. As I am new to Pune Can any one who know this place suggest where I can get this? If any contact number please share it with me

For that budget you will have to find a shared accomodation or some local hostel, the BHK is out of question.

The best bet is try searching your MNC's internal classifieds.

Do you mean I can not get Unfurnished Rooms as well for by buget....As I working professional I just need 1 RK

What I am saying is you cannot get an individual unit at that cost (1 bhk or 1 rk or whatever.) You will have to share a 2 bhk or a 3 bhk with more people and decide what can be shared (kitchesn/living etc)

so for example the rent of a 2 bhk is 10 K (this is an example and not the actual rent) and 2 people share 5 K each get a bedroom each and share kitchen and living.

Prashant, Like I said try searching for internal classifieds in your organization. You should get a good deal which might eliminate brokers etc.

Wakad - should be the nearest plae for a decent hi profile housing complex until the ones in progress in hinjewadi are in progress.
