The Mahindra College is around 40 kms from Pune.
The college itself has its own buses from the college to Pune on every Saturday (tickets cost Rs.50 a roundtrip). |

Right there are buses but not for a pretty girl like you, your college is a village and it would not be advisable for you to travel alone in a public bus, although pune is quite safe.On sundays people from pune to travel in bycycle but in groups, so woudnt advice you to go anywhere alone. I go to paud every sunday for some fresh air!!!!

only thing is, she would get lot of attention by other travellers. Choice is yours, if you really want to experience life here, you can try this option and then decide whether to use it next time or not ![]() |

I agree with Sushant. Travelling by bus in day time should not be a problem at all. yes she would get a lot of attention and she can enjoy the experience if she wants.
But I would not recommend late eves/nights though I am sure the ticket checker/driver would not allow any kind of nuisance in the bus. I think she must have already found some solution by now which we are not aware of. |

There are many public and private bus services between Paud and Pune. Yea, you can travel by your own bicycle but try to travel in group. |
