Hindi Lessons in Kothrud

Hi,

Ive just moved to Kothrud for work, and I was wondering if anyone new of where I could get Hindi lessons. At the moment I am looking at spoken Hindi and I would like 1-2-1 lessons. Ideally I would love to give spoken English lessons in return, but I would like to learn from someone with teaching experience.

Thanks for any advice

I would suggest why not have some friends with whom you converse in Hinglish. This will gradually get you aquainted with Hindi.
What I understand is you just need hindi so communicating on a simple tasks like getting a rickshaw, buying groceries, asking directions becomes easy.
You can have such conversations on phone too

Unfortunately I am after a greater level of Hindi. This is my second lot of work here in Pune, and after 9 months last time I had only just got the basics. Now I am staying for the foreseeable future I would like to try and master a bit more as I would like to understand more of the office banter!

Okay, but I still would suggest more on trying to speak and converse in hindi. Thats the best way according to me then going for some teacher for hindi.
The more you speak and listen the faster you might grasp.
We have co worker in office who is a south indian and does not know hindi. he has started understanding a lot of things just by listening and being with people speaking in hindi.
He also just started using few hindi words.
