Bus from Mumbay Int. Airport to PUNE

Hello
I will be arriving to Mumbai on Jan 23 early morning. What is the best way to get to Pune? We would like to go by bus. I heard that's around 3 hours drive from Dadar Circle. Is that true? Where is the Bus station? IS there any specific bus company I should be looking for?

I will appreciate your help enormously.

There is a small bus company that also has bus trips from the airport to Pune and it is called Sandy's Travels. There is a bus service from Dadar too which is run by the private companies as well as the State Transport service. The time taken to reach Dadar is only half an hour at the most in the early morning hours. Hope this helps.

Aadil can you please tell me how do I get from Int. Airport to Dadar? By taxi? Any taxi or should I look for any specific company? or another Bus?

There are AC Volvo Buses from Mumbai Intl. Airport to Pune. A company called Neeta Volvo and another K.K. Travels operate the service. Neeta Volvo operates from outside of airport. You have walk some distance to reach there. For K.K. you can check, www.kktravels.com. Frequency is good. You don't need to book in advance.

Beware from KK Travel while booking your ticket, they do not cover all areas of PUNE for PICK-UP and drop to Mumbai Airport.
Be clear about your PICK-UP point before booking, while booking they gets address from you and at the time of departure when you call them they says "NO! NOT ALL! THIS PICK-UP POINT IS NOT UNDER OUR COVERED AREA" and this time you are already runs of shortage of time, because you have to reach AIRPORT on time(YOU HAVE A BOOKED TICKET YAAR!!!). What is a solution- You (CUSTOMER(not politely also)) have to come at the point given by them and then only they can pick-up you. What a great service specially at night 1-2-3-4 AM, imagine a situation, ultimately cool down get help from somebody and got to the given PICK-UP point, really great pick-up and drop service. In addition to that charge is net Rs. 650. Salute to them !!!

But so that this is helpful for other members who have simmilar Questions.

As per Parat's experience I would recommend you confirm if the locality you want to be dropped in is covered by them. Usually they cover most of the areas i am not sure why parat had a bad experience.

Note - you might have to wait for the Sandi's or KK travells bus to move from the airport if they have some passengers coming from some other flight. (usual wait time can be upto an hour at the most)

I will ariving from dubai to mumbai airport at 8:30pm.Shall i get volvo bus for pune.please provide the sufficient information for the same,and also provide the pick up facility from airport.

Take a pre-paid taxi to Dadar Post Office / Pune ST Stand. From Dadar a Volvo leaves for Pune every half hour till midnight.
