Hi everyone,

I'm going to move to Pune in February and I'll be working at the EON Park in Kharadi. I'm already looking for a flat to live in. I would like to live relatively close to Kharadi, where do you suggest me to search? Any comment and suggestion is hyper-welcome!

Thank you
L

Koregaon Park and Kalyaninagar will be expensive compared to Magarpatta and Vimannagar.
I think magarpatta would be a good option. Vimannagar still has many infrastructural problems like water, transporatation etc. However, it will be the cheapest of all

Good living(but expensive) - Kalyaninagar
Cheapest - Kharadi itself(Ganga constella apartments are beside EON IT park itself. Wide choices of rentals would definitely be available there)

I have stayed in koregaon park and its definitely a very nice place to stay. The roads are clean and spacious plus there are lot of good cafes around. Would definitely suggest you staying there if you can afford it

Hi,

I may have to move to Pune next year. Can you guys tell me how does koregaon park compares to kalyani nagar. It looks like the former is more expensive.

It would be a great help to know in terms of

1) Infrastructure
2) Price both renting and owning.
3) Good Schools.
4) Safety.

Thanks,
Raj

Welcome to Indiamike !
Kalyani Nagar and Koregaon park are fast merging, they are just a stones throw away.

You said you MAY have to move next year so think its too preliminary to actually worry about the minute differences within the 2 locations. I am sure with the pace of growth their wont be much of a difference in a year. (Unless you meant early next year like Jan )

Koregaon park and Kalyaninagar are very much close by.. 1-2 kms distance.. You may prefer any one of them based on your budget. Also, both of them are equal as far as infrastructure, safety and school availability are concerned..
Hope this helps!!

Thanks Guys. This was helpful. It looks like there is not much of a price difference in terms of real estate. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks,
Raj
