Ashram in Pune

Hello,
I have been searching the internet trying to find an Ashram in which I can stay for about 5 days at the end of August. I am not so interested in Osho... Does anyone know of somewhere that you could recommend? Even if it is near Pune or between Mumbai and Pune that is also fine. And (if it exists) somewhere that I can just stay for a period of time rather than a structured course (my dates are not so flexible).
I am interested in Meditation and Yoga and would really like to spend a bit of time doing it while I am India!
Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

Vedanta academy (Near lonavla)
Art of living ashram, Markal, Pune

You'll need to get in touch to see if they entertain visitors, not enrolled in a course.

Meditation and yoga is very difficult and tough so be mentally prepared for it, you wont get instant results, since you mentioned 4-5 days , I would like to advise you that if you think in 4-5 days you can do meditation and then go back to your place, then its not the case, Just by having change in 4-5 days will not affect your life at all, because after that you will go back to your old routine lifestyle, for yoga, and meditation certain diet and certain rituals need to be followed daily, yoga and meditation are as good as medicines, one component of medicine increased or decrease medicine does not work,
take care
