What can I buy on the beaches for 5 Lacs

Restarting the thread again.

I recently met one shack owner who runs beachside shacks in Goa in Winter and Dhabas in Leh in summer. He told me told me about a piece of land available in Agonda beach in South Goa. Thats exactly the land on which he puts his shack every year. He pays 70000 as rent for the land to the owner. The price of land he mentioned is approx 8 lacs.
I am not sure if the land is agricultural or can be used for permanent constrcution.

Any IMer, based in Goa, could you please help me out and find the general price and type of land in Agonda Beach?

That means the property is right near the beach which in turn means that you can not build any permanent structure on it. Only shacks.
