hi every one, im an nri; and am thinking of buying an
appartment in chandigarh at The views, mohali chandigarh;
any advise; would be welcome. thanks in advance

do u mean Mohali Views by Emaar MGF? It was inagurated yesterday by the chief minister. I think the aptmnts are in the range of RS 3000-Rs 6000 Sq feet. It will be better if u check withsome property dealer like magicbricks.com 99 acres.com propertyvertical.com (this is for Chandigarh). even I was thinking of buy something fr myself but I think settling in thsi city is a dream now looking at the property rates.
