Property Prices are falling down

Hello guys and gals,

Will the Stock Market tumbling down and due to the impact of the budget the property prices have started to come down. The rising interest rates of Home loans have also added to this.

This means that buying a house will be easy. I have seen this happen at Thane and Malad. What about u guys. Do u have any news.

Hi Amar

The property prices may fall almost everywhere because there was an unnecessary hike. The owners of resale flats were also demanding quite a lot. The fact was that there was only supply but no purchases. The builders were the main culprits in hiking the prices.
I have seen the flats now being sold off in very less prices in areas like Malad, Kandivili and Thane. But they were resale flats. I am not sure about the new constructions.
