Possible good news for home buyers
Just read this story on Govt briniging in newer, tougher regulations for builders. It seems like the mandatory disclosures will be greatly improved.

It's not going to be so easy, I am afraid. The nexus between the builders and the politicians/bureaucrats is immense, property deals being probaby the most major recepient of corrupt and criminal money in India, second only to offshore banks.
Maybe pigs will fly.
