Land Rates in outlying himalayan villages
I request members who are on treks (that means away from the motorable road) and may have asked for the cost of land in the villages that they passed through, to mention it here. Not all people may be interested in buying land in Mukteshwar, Ramgarh, or similar places. Some may be looking for a more unspoiled environment.

I am a contributor to that excellent thread, but I want to focus on outlying villages.
