Ittina Properties, part of Ittina group of companies, was established to offer a wide range of real estate options in Bangalore to meet the varied aspirations of different customer segments.
Almost twenty years ago Ittina Mahabaleswarappa incorporated ITTINA GROUP OF COMPANIES with the intention of providing quality housing for the urban middle class of Bangalore.
Since then, ITTINA has rapidly established itself as one of Bangalore''s most respected and fastest growing companies with over 5,00,000 sq ft of completed built up space, 15,00,000 sq ft under construction and over 1,25,00,000 sq ft of proposed space waiting to be launched in the next six months.
What further credential's do you need? Go for it.

Sanjay, the above is obviously copied and pasted, it really is essential that you provide a link to the website you got the info from.Basically, the above could have been written by the company itself, but you make it look like you're own personal recommendation.
It looks like an established (No. of posts) member of indiamike.com is verifying this company.
If you’re unsure of how to provide a link, send me a private message and I’ll be glad to help, it wasn’t so long ago that I didn’t know how to do it.

Girish, I f you are not familar with Bangalore, do look up a map. A lot of the developers are claiming to have developments in "Bangalore". In reality, these locations are 40-60km away from the city.

Girish : 40 lakhs for a 3 bhk a little expensive whats the square feet area
Sanjay : Its always advised to mention the source of ur posts [ if any ]. Regular members do know whoz getting where.
Copy & paste seems to me like just another way of increasing your post count & the only reason why we do that is to become popular in the forum in a short time.
Even though you might have been copy pasting earlier [ sorry for this & correct me if i am wrong ] ....In this particular thread the info that u have provided is off from a newspaper.
Imagine if you are investing 40lakhs do u think u would just go by the newspapers. I bet you would search on some forum to know individual experiences.[ correct me if i am wrong].
If u agree with me you would know why girish posted a topic & hey no bro no hard fellings

Moderator Rant...

Anyway, guys, ad or editorial (and the dividing line often seems blurred in india) let me repeat...
Indiamike is for personal contributions. Not for copying stuff from elsewhere.
News items can be posted as a short quote or synopsis with a link and credit to the source, in the moderated news forum.
External sources can, of course, be referred to in posts: by link please.
What are we, already hard-pressed moderators to do? delete every post that reads like it came from a press release?
We will if we have to: but there will be false positives (we can't google for everything) and those people will be rightfully upset.
Please, people, obey the forum rules and stick to the forum spirit.
Rant over.

Recent experience with Ittna:
After blocking a flat with Rs. 25000 about a month back, still did not received the papers and they are asking 10% down payment without the papers now. Lately found that the flat was built on an agricultural land which is not converted yet and BDA has not cleared it, so it is stuck. Looks like they are in money crunch and doing some fraud here and there. May be they are using money from one project and spending them in others.
Be little careful with these guys! Ask them about papers before you book a flat, otherwise you may end-up in a mess.
All the best!

This is experience NOT recommendation.
Two years back, I felt like buying a house and decided to go shopping. Called up Ittina and asked them to show me some of their constructions, cuz it was the first time I was going house shopping, I called up a collegue who by then have been house hunting for many months.
We checked two of their developments and my friend was much impressed, I was more or less impressed. Went back to their office, spoke about the cost and so on, managed to get them to offer a discount and my friend took a cheque from his wallet and paid the advance. He was to accompany me and he actualy bought the house, and a few days later I forgot to think about it, and sooner my feeling for buying a house died down.. lets say, I was way too lazy for it.
My collegue who bought the appartment is happy with his purchase. Delivery was as promised (Jun 05) and no compliants on the construction or dealings.
BUT those were the haydays of Ittina, they were standing out of the rest, giving affordable options to a market segment previously not well served. But current reality is something I am not aware of.

Keep away
Hey Girish,
Keep away from those bastards.
My friend had a bad exp with them. He had to run for months to get back the money he paid as security for bookings.
Offlate they launched lots of projects.. But if you see their history, they have a couple of old projects (One near KPCTL layout on off-Sarjapur Road) which they havent completed till now even if the project 7-8 years old.
