How much Approx. Rs/ Sq mt to build a house -Goa

Just curious....


if I want to build a 4000 sq.ft house in Goa, ground plus one, how much minimum area should I own ? What are the FSI rules in Goa and what is F.A.R ?

Hi, My wife and I spent a year and a half near Margaon trying to find a decent place to buy. Its easier said than done! Most of the "built to sell" places are usually very small and not very appealing if you plan to live for long, and probably in all the wrong locations. Most of the attractive looking houses that look hardly used and should be on the market by all indications, are not! So you might actually find that you want to go through the hazzles of finding a place and building. And this - is even more easier said than done in Goa !!
