Herald, Goa

There was a small article in yesterday's Herald that said 13 foreigners had been found in breach of FEMA 1999 Act. I can't remember the details but it included something like 8 British, 1 Italian, 1 Swiss. Doesn't seem to be online. I'll try and dig it up.

Mods, please move this to "Goa" section. Sorry.......

Foreign Exchange Management Act. The RBI had been asked to look into property bought by foreigners here. I'll try and get a copy of the paper and scan it up.
