that http://www.homesgoa.com seemed pretty good. lots of rentals with pictures.
I'm hoping to find a 2-3 bedroom bungalow for under $500 per month. Does anyone know if the prices on the site are grossly inflated or reasonable? |

You should get cheaper. It's better to take a short term until you've had a good look round your chosen area. Once word gets out that you're looking, your phone will start ringing They like to earn a bit of commission.

Good to hear. I want to find a comfortable place to stay while we're settling in.

Quote:
1) Better security for an expat especially for somebody with an infant. 2) More company to pass your time exchanging notes etc. 3) Easier to get a maid servant for cleaning. The bigger the residence the more are the demands and hangups on the part of the hired help. Trust me this can be a real headache. |

To be honest, I haven't the slightest clue. Not really that familiar with Goa. I do have some desired amenities.
Not to far from beaches and markets. Must have broadband. Secure, we have an infant. Swimming pool nearby would be nice. Any suggestions? |
