GOA - COCONUT GROVE RESIDENCE - VARCA

I am purchasing an apartment in Coconut Grove Residence in Varca, South Goa.

I would like to liaise with others purchasing in the same development concerning their experiences in dealing with the developer,lawyer,agent etc.

Are you paying instalments according to the sale agreement or construction schedule? Have you been advised when the keys will be handed to you? Who will register your title deed? Have you given a power of attorney to your lawyer?

Have you considered forming an informal owners club to exchange information?

I have purcheased a one bedrrom apartment here. The last update i got with pictures was they were constructing the third level 2-3 months ago. The builder has been responsive. Usually the project sin India run behind schedule.

I could start a forum for all the buyers to connect....do you know of more people?

Hi, Mr Shah, I spoke with Mr. Nitin Handa today. He again confirmed that the flat will be ready for possesion End March. He was about to phone you next & I did ask him to provide you with my mobile number So that we can communicate. I have also asked Sophia Fernandez, Axiom agent in Goa to provide me with more independent photos & recommend a lawyer in Goa to complete the Registration & the sale deed.
