C Form Necessary for Rental?

Hi All,

Anyone else been expected to provide C Form details (as in a hotel) when renting long term? I am being expected to provide this info for every person that steps into my house for longer than a cup of tea.

Regards.

AFAIK, a C Form is required for any overnight stay, even in a private home.
