Buying Plot/land in Faridabad

Hi,

I want to invest in a plot/land in Faridabad, but being a middle class salaried individual my budget pretty low (roughly 10-12lacs). Would like to invest in Faridabad as its developing and since the prices are comparatively less. Can somebody guide/help me in finding a good genuine deal, which suits my budget and will appreciate in the future.

I can't give specific advice but perhaps a warning: I read today that real estate in India is among the most over-valued in the world (price/return rations are particularly bad). Given the deflating real estate bubbles in other countries are you willing to be that there isn't a bubble in India too, and that there isn't a risk real estate will fall in the future?

I am afraid you would need to double your budget to get a plot in the open market. Within your budget the only possiblity you have to wait for any future HUDA scheme and try your luck there

Thanks Indic. And I am aware of the HUDA scheme option, but there isn't any coming up in the near future. Plus the probability is too low to get a chance with owning one thru the scheme.

Anyways, incase you come across of any genuine deal/offer for a good land in FBd, pls let me know.

Any updates from anybody ? Agreed that maybe I'll have to stretch a little interms of the budget, in that case can anyone provide any good suggestions/deals?
