Ok, is the slogan supposed to be:
a) a witty one for the enjoyment of members who already know something about India or b) a general introduction to the site, with no sharp edge to it? I definitely prefer option a). I wouldn't wear a shirt with the boring "passage"-line on it. |

I get the feeling, nadreg, you will have to start another poll! So many new suggestions, and many didn't know they have multiple choice.
And why not? Voting is fun!

There are onl;ine T-shirt shops that do printing on demand. Everyone could make there own byline under the general logo......

Whatever you do, can you please make sure it is a Screen-printed cotton t-shirt? so many shirts here in India are that plastic decal stuff that comes off in the wash. For some reason, Sri Lanka and Nepal have far superior screened t-shirts to India's (? puzzling).

Namaste,
15,000 gurus can't be wrong (again)is my vote I suggest that the(admin's) look at the site and check out what we could have in product line from Pens (one pen, please), cups, hats shirts, sweatshirts, etc.I am not involved with this site,in any way but use it to buy stuff from others sites. http://www.cafepress.com/ If the admins got together they could open a shop on cafe press in which there could be multiple slogans and types of shirts or other products with IM logo(s)on them The quality of shirts is good and choice also great. This could get our URL out there with out any hassle on anyone's part(which is the purpose of the shirts, is this right) Just check them out as a possible solution that might work for us. Any feedback from the admin's There are two levels of shops basic and premium. There is no real start up cost BUT There is monthly cost under $10 USD per month, but it could be what we want. All the logos we want and a variety of products Shop would be on IM site. When this came up with a different organization I said this sucks, but once I looked around and saw benefits and started finding other sites that were using it, I realized that There is no start up cost, would not have money invested in unsold stock, no shipping and handeling worries, etc Just a friendly suggestion. Feedback Please Peace, gregor

Namaste,
While waiting for cafe press to answer about global sales I found this cafe press page http://www.cafepress.com/hantranslation/625150 Local Design, International Sales: Tips For Using Your CafePress Shop To Sell Globally so it appears that they do sell internationally, so I imagine that they do ship international But will keep you posted, we may need someone to translate to common India languages, but why not give it a shot if they ship internationally with reasonable prices? Still waiting for direct answer from cafe press. It is 8:45 MST in the US so it is outside their regular business hours This is quoted from the above page " Cultural differences are a bid deal. So big, in fact, that most global companies create separate web sites targeted for different cultures. Han Translation (http://www.hantranslation.com) uses a unified web site design, but gives customers the option of selecting pages in English, Japanese, or Mandarin Chinese." peace. gregor |

Personally I like the existing logo. I found this site by surfing and it grabbed me from the beginning.
