I have seen people's last name like "Banaraswallah" etc. I doubt in this age it would conjure up caste paranoia.

Yr Passage to India sounds like the slogan for a mainstream travel agent, and has none of the irreverent, insider vibe for which we are so justly infamous. ;-)

Isn't It?
and perhaps
I Know Cheap & Best
would be more appropos.
How about a 2-sided shirt, or the IM logo on front and the "quote" on the back?

the back could also say "wish you happy journey" ;-)

Small talk hinglish is cutesy and indophiles "get it" ... but for the newbie surfer perusing the site for the first time - it doesn't exactly capture the essense of what IndiaMike is all about and at best <cheap and best - isn't it? - are you liking etc.) sounds more like a Porn Site slogan than anything - isn't it?

Sirensongs is right about Passage to India --- pity, a good literary allusion would have been nice. Unfortunately cheap and best could suffer the same way

Ah sod it!!! Maybe I'll just ignore the poll and pick my favs. :-)

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of Passage to India. From the sounds of it, no one else seems to be either, which is why it amazes me that it's leading in the polls!

Maybe have the 16,000 number printed as a counter... Shows how we're growing!
