This is not only embarrassing
It is uncanny! How did you know 14 December is my wedding anniversary? !!!!!  Anyway. More time to be spent at the new house.... more time to be spent concert-going (someone gave me a season ticket to one of the sabbas  ) equals less time on the internet.I'm rather hoping the system counter gets reset at 9,999 --- then I'll be back to zero  Oh... and polls are moderated. Which of my fellow moderators approved this one, then? <heads off to moderator's forum for a fight>

Subterfuge. that's what been going on. I tell you. I swear. Look, this high count is possible only by a) someone who is retired b) spends an inordinate time on his PC c) probably a mod or IT person who knows how to set counters d) or a mod who's been paid off wait....

well, his profile shows that nick-h joined oct. 3, 2004, (if he didn't doctor that number, hehe) so he has been an active member for 795 days. some quick math reveals if you divide this into his 9949 posts, and you get an average of 12.5144 posts per day. so, that should only take him about four days.
