An autorickshaw or one of those people-powered ones?

When in India (and in a larger town) I probably use them 5-10 times a week.
At home, never. Shame because it would still be much cheaper than a cab

I prefer to walk, but if I'm late, or it is just too far then autos are great.

Use them a few times when I arrive somewhere new but when I find my feet it's easier, cheaper and more fun to walk.

Walking is more fun that taking the auto? For me it's like a mini rollercoaster, and a lot cheaper than an amusement park

(of course I am secretly a rickshaw driver - see my profile)

Used them several times while in India for a few days last year. Fright factor is on a par with a cab in Cairo, but I just used the old idea of closing my eyes because "What you can't see can't hurt you" At least that's the theory anyway!

Auto riksha sometimes, when I do not want to drive myself. Cycle riksha, rarely because the places are very far from my residence area.

And I never saw the other train that we had a head-on collision with an hour from Dehli - and that really hurt

I'm a great fan of the auto also. A guy I know mentioned the other day, "why don't the 3 of us get a rickshaw each, and drive back to London?". It would be fun but logistics will probably take the fun out of it.

How often do I go with a Rickshaw?

Frankly, this is a very personal question....I mean, fancy asking a girl to reveal her innermost secrets... .truth is, I've never "been" with a Rickshaw......
oooh sorry about that - must be my mental state this morning, having a hard time with vacinations this time round....

I was thinking 'I prefer women' as I clicked on the link ...then I saw your post.

A little worrying that my brain seems to have its own connection to the internet!

Your "connection" to the Internet, Nick, has GOT to be a darn sight quicker than the bl***y dial-up here in Cork this morning anyway!
