do you prefer north, south, east, or west india?
Which part of India do you like the most/prefer?
option 1: North
option 2: South
option 3: East
option 4: West
Each region consists of these:
North
Chandigarh (u.t.)
Delhi(u.t.)
Haryana
Himachal Pradesh
Jammu and Kashmir
Punjab
Uttar Pradesh
Uttaranchal
South
Andhra Pradesh
Karnataka
Kerala
Lakshadweep (u.t.)
Pondicherry(u.t.)
Tamil Nadu
East
Andaman and Nicobar Islands (u.t.)
Arunachal Pradesh
Assam
Bihar
Chhattisgarh
Jharkhand
Manipur
Meghalaya
Mizoram
Nagaland
Orissa
Sikkim
Tripura
West Bengal
West
Dadra and Nagar Haveli(u.t.)
Daman and Diu (u.t.)
Goa
Gujarat
Madhya Pradesh
Maharashtra
Rajasthan
*note: Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh would be central I suppose, but only 2 states in one region of this poll would give the 'central' option a serious disadvantage, especially considering that not even that many people go to these states.
Here is a map as easy guidance.

I prefer South mainly because of Kerala.
Ronak.
Ronak.
The south, or north east
Generally people are more relaxed in the south, less Eve-teasing, less hard sell etc. Same seems to be the case for the North East (Sikkim, Darjeeling).

I prefer the north, because that's where I spent most of my time. Delhi, Lucknow, etc.
I prefer north, it is where I go the most and the himalayas are nice, though east has a lot to offer from beaches to mountains..I have never been there.
