This M5A1 Stuart light tank was brought by the MEG (Madras Engineer Group) in 1944 from North Africa to Bangalore in memory of the 225th anniversary of this army unit.

I remember seeing the Paton Tank captured in the Pakistani war. If its not that, is it close/inside the ASC compound on the other side of the road? Maybe inside the ASC War Memorial?
They do have a nicely laid out garden visible from the road :-)
