hfot2 also said some other, bold things as well:

You didn't have to go very far from home for this one did you, aarosh?

Congratulations on a tough puzzle. Thanks for the clues. Actually, they weren't much use beyond showing the buildings contain government offices. But the EPFO and Income Tax sites we looked at were pretty opaque about addresses – best we could find was any old city (and of course we didn't want any old city, did we?). Still, plugging in something about gov't. offices and plodding through city by city, plus distaff's sharp eyes, got us there, so the clues sorta worked after all. Thanks.

(distaff wants to post the answer. But why spoil the fun – at least until we come up with a photopuzzle of our own.)
You done good with the new, but Delhi ain't the only old city with a new part.

We're heading for bed.

But before we go, we're posting a new photo to get into the queue. Everyone should solve aarosh's puzzle first, and even post something else new if you like. We'll be back in about nine hours.

Just reviewed History and discovered "government offices" was unproductive - "india office parks" city by city got the job done.

Sorry about the misdirection. We would never intentionally mislead anyone – well, hardly ever.

Quick work, drk, but not quite there yet. It is Panjim, but you haven't got the building yet (unless there's a clever insiders' joke that I don't understand).

This is very, very slightly related to the Infamous Unmentionable. You, I think, are too young on this thread to know of it, but it's Searchable.

Do you mean something similar to the Infamous Unmentionable in Colaba? If yes this old structure has also been renovated recently?

Also is San Sabastion Chapel round the corner?

Yes, I believe you've got it; and I think yes – it don't look like the first photo below no more.

Only on a map without contour lines. Note the next two photos, taken behind the local avatar of the Infamous Unmentionable. This puzzle is at the top of steps going up from San Sebastian, which however happen not to be the steps shown here. From the top of these steps you get the view shown, which includes the top of the Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception.

That place is the only place where you can get something to eat. It is also situated in the sight seeing complex.
